the original 'Bon-Aires' a Doo-Wop group

My name is Mike Paladino, I sang bass and baritone with the "Bon-Aires" from 1960-1979. I have written and I dedicate the "Bon-Aires site to all Doo-Wop fans and to all the groups in the 50's, 60's and 70's who gave their hearts to the music we love. I have met and done shows with the big named groups, too many to mention and I have met and done shows with some super great groups, that never got a chance. The "Bon-Aires" were lucky to be there while it was happening and would like to thank all who have supported us during those years. Doo-Wop music will live forever because its an American Folklaw. I truly miss performing but still have the music I love. This being a most important part of my life, I would also like to dedicate this site to all the couples that watched the submarine races at the Palisades Interstate Parkway Lookouts, listening to the songs and fogging the windows. You know who you are! How about at the Drive-In movie waiting to get your hot dogs and hamburgers, wrapped in foil and kind of soggy when you got back to your car and the speakers that sometimes worked. Boy, those were the days.
